preparing for the session

cleanse

Bring a cleansing tool of your choice (example, burning a herb and using its smoke to cleanse, or water).

I will begin our session by instructing you to cleanse certain areas of the body before you begin, when you enter our session the energetic space will already welcoming you as I have already began a prayer with the gods and chanting the supportive runes for our session.

receive

The main receiving position of this session is lying down on your back flat (however please bring a blanket or pillows if that would be more comfortable).

Please enter the space sitting, I will also prompt you when to come out of your resting and receiving session once the medicine is complete.

sacred space

Make sure during the session you feel like you have “safe or sacred space” for example, limiting interruptions, closing the door, so you don’t get taken out of the experience.

You will be guided into a “trance like state” so having no interruptions is imperative to your protection, safety, and enjoyment of the session.
